Requests to FirstDay Foundation require a completed application, a copy of the organizations valid 501(c)3 ruling from the Internal Revenue Service, Form W-9, most recent annual audited financial statements and, at the discretion of the applicant, any supporting material up to 5 pages in length. Failure to follow these exact requirements will invalidate the application and negate the invitation to apply to FirstDay Foundation.
